推荐使用文献管理软件Endnote

采用Endnote管理文献对研究工作帮助特别大，根据我个人的体会，Endnote的作用体现在如下几个方面：：
1、如果没有采用这类软件对文献进行管理，写完文章后，我们需要花很长的时间来整理文献。而采用Endnote，我每次写完文章之后只需要2－3分钟就可以完成文献的整理工作。
2、当我们需要把文章投给另外一本杂志，而这本杂志对文献的格式要求有所变化时，采用Endnote可以轻松地调整文献格式。
3、方便自己查找文献。文献一多，如果没有一套自己的管理方式，经常就会出现“文献找不到”“文献分类混乱”等情况，而采用Endnote可以让你轻松地管理自己的文献。
4、总之采用这类管理软件，对于科研工作者来说，好好多多，特推荐大家使用这款软件。

This is Lin Xiu, a master student in the centre for organization and Human resouces management from 2002 to 2004 who took one of your courses, “research method” in 2003.
After finishing another master in Industrial relations at Queens University, Canada last year, I am doing my Ph.D in Centre for Industrial Relaitons and Human Resourses in University of Toronto now. The area I am interested in also focus on the OB/HR issues in China.
